In order to give their customers greater ease of access to their documents and their assistance, Allianz developed its application for IOS and Android smartphones – eCliente Allianz.

With this application you can have access to all features of Allianz quickly and easily, all with just one touch on your smartphone.

What can it do for you?

In case you are traveling and need assistance on the road, need to contact Allianz or need to know of a workshop near you, with this application you will have the help you need. Simply tap the Assistance button and the app will immediately refer you to a menu where you can opt for a Roadside Assistance, access to Allianz Contacts or search for Workshops.

If you want to consult with your mediator, all you have to do is click on the Mediator button, click on the option My Mediator, enter your VAT number and your password and then have access to all the information available from your mediator.

You can also consult your policies and Allianz Products by clicking on the Contracts button.

In case you wish to participate or consult a claim, you must go to the Claims menu. In this menu you will also have information on what to do in case of accident.

In the application you may also see your user data and change your password by pressing the Setup button in the application of your smartphone.
